HOW TO MEASURE YOURSELF FOR WAIST BEADS
* Use a tape measure to measure the exact location of your waist that you desire your waist beads to lay in inches between your waist and high hip.
* Keep in mind the location of where you measure is a personal preference and should be comfortable for your desired need.
* Leave a little wiggle room
* Traditionally waist beads are worn at the high hip(below your belly button). However you can wear them also at the waist (above belly button), or at the hips.
